Vettel takes pole in Brazilian Grand Prix at rain-soaked Interlagos
The weather may have been horrible – with rain lashing the Interlagos track – and Sebastian Vettel may already have taken the F1 driver’s title for 2013, but the weather and the already won title made no difference. Sebastian Vettel has taken pole position for Red Bull at the Brazilian Grand Prix. The heavy rain at Interlagos managed to delay Q3, but Vettel was as impressive as he has been for the rest of the season to continue the run of Red Bull poles, followed by Nico Rosberg in the Mercedes in second and Fernando Alonso took third place, his equal best starting place this season.
The Goodwood Revival will host the Freddie March Memorial Trophy for only the second time. It's a 90-minute endurance chase that will run into dusk on Saturday 20 September

The 2008 Goodwood Revival this autumn will be even more of a throwback to the ‘good old days’ of motor racing, the organisers promise. The Revival celebrates two milestones this year – the 60th anniversary of motor racing at the Goodwood circuit and the tenth anniversary of the Revival itself.
Vauxhall will unveil its fastest Astra model ever at this year’s 2014 Geneva Motor Show when it pulls the covers off its Astra VXR Extreme concept car. According to the British firm, the Extreme will be even more powerful than the standard Astra VXR, boasting lightweight components that make the race track “the car’s natural environment.”

The first image of the vehicle shows a low, aggressive looking car featuring revised aerodynamics – including that massive rear wing – and a new dual-twin tailpipe setup. These changes over the standard VXR won’t be the most significant, however.
